That's right the next Big Game Auction is upon us!

Greenfield Games is hosting it's next Big Game Auction Saturday the 31st of January!

We liked last Summer's style, so we're doing it again, so pay close attention.

We are accepting items up until January 24th. On January 25th we will start the Silent Auction portion of this Winter's auction. All week, the majority of the items will be available for silent bidding. How that works is you come in, sign your name (or an assigned number if you prefer) and the amount you're interested in paying for an item. At anytime until closing on the 31st, others can come in and bid higher, at which point you might want to come in and outbid them. This gives much greater exposure to all items, without having to listen to Joe, Jay or me rattle on about every single item. Some items, the biggest & coolest, we'll be saving for a traditional Live Auction at 1:30 on the 31st.

Remember, minimum starting bid on all items will be $5. So, if you think what you're offering is worth less than that, we don't really want it in the auction.

So bring your items in right away! Unlike past years, bringing them in the day of the auction will be too late. Come in and check out what's already been entered. Stop in from January 25th through the 31st to bid on things and then prepare for an excellent day on the 31st, where we'll be allowing for last minute bids on the silent items, running a shorter Live Auction AND having refreshments as well as the traditional gamers playing where ever it gets in my way the most!

Auction Lot submission deadline: Saturday January24th, 9pm
Silent Auction: Sunday January 25th through Saturday January 31st.
Live Auction: Saturday January 31st, 1:30
Silent Auction closings: Saturday January 31st at 12:30 (Roleplaying Games & Oddball Stuff), 1:00 (Board & Family Games), 1:30 (Collectible Games) and 2:00 (Tabletop Mini Games & more Oddball Stuff)
Minimum/Starting bid: $5.00

Gift card payment may require a little more time to process. We may need to distribute winning credit the following week, although last time we were able to process just about everything that afternoon.

BTW! We will be holding the Magic CONFLUX Pre-release that evening at 5pm! So, role players and Warhammer players, don't get your hopes up on having space for big table games.

Just a little heads up.

I'm looking for old Shadowrun books, so if you have some sitting in your closet bring them out for the auction! Also, I'm looking for Battlefleet Gothic models / fleets. I'm looking to drum up interest in this game, and would like to get two small fleets (or a single larger fleet that I could split) for demo games.

Also with the Mordheim campaign coming up, now is a great time to put your old Mordheim bands up for auction.

Lots of nice items in the auction. Some highlights from my perspective.

2 Space Marine Armies
A Skorne Hordes Army
Some Eldar Units
Some Tau Units
There is an imperial battlefleet gothic fleet
A sisters of Sigmar Mordhiem Warband
Race for the Galaxy card game

Several board games

And many other items
