It would seem that most of the rumors in the thread that I linked are probable. Grain of salt and all that.
Some highlights:
Lizardmen getting at least one NEW lore
Slaan is sticking around and gaining fear (this is actually a very subtle change, mostly offers protection against other fear causers)
New multi tier spawning rules
Lots of new dino options, steggadons as mounts, specials, and rare choices
Tons of new skink options (mounted, reds, etc)
Also the names and prices of the first wave of models in Feb have been leaked. Looks like most of the line is getting updated with plastics!
Other noted rumors:
Chameleons have a higher incidence of multiple personality disorder.
Most Skinks [u]prefer[/u] to reproduce asexually when given the choice.
Alessio Cavatore used to pull off and eat tails of lizards while they were still squirming in an effort to gain the "spirit of the cold-blooded warrior."
The Ice age was a mammal plot to bring the "Lman" down.

New thread with potentially final info about the new lizard codex is up on Warseer for those interested. (I'd post a link but their site is having issues today.)
Most of the changes seem like boosts to the army, lower costs on Skinks, Saurus, temple guard, and Slaan. Rank & File skinks with Kroxigor mixed units.
Some changes are not popular. Slaan is now more configurable, still a magical powerhouse, but different (one lore, not entirely immune to miss casts). No more spawnings, but the Saurus are cheaper and better stats (including +1 AS). Lower strength on the Kroxigor.
The engine of the gods sounds like the biggest swiss army knife in the game.
Hmmmm...I might have to hold on to the small numbers of lizards I have now...
