I just wanted to clarify that these aliens should not look like humans. So while Star Lord is an alien, he looks very human and is ineligible.

 I'll definately be there for the saturday launch. I don't think the gauntlet is broken. we played a fun game up north, where we made teams and put them on the most absurd character..... I used mine on Aunt May. aunt may starting with TK. hehe. best use I think is on a lower character to supe them up. rather than throw more stuff on a beat stick.

INFINITY GAUNTLET MONTH 6!!!!!!!!

I'm just gonna use their suggested format because not enough people have been showing up for me to really want to make one up.

THE SUGGESTED FORMAT FOR THE MONTH SIX EVENT IS A 400 POINT MODERN AGE CONSTRUCTED TOURNAMENT UTILIZING A NAMED-KEYWORD THEME TEAM.

So there we have it, start time is 5 because I'm working until 5 right down the hall at gamestop.  So when you come, please come check in with me at the store first if I'm not already out of work.  My plan for prizes is First place, Second place, and Fellowship.  If anyone doesn't like this system, let me know at the tournament and we can take a vote before we start.  

Also, if you belong to any clix mailing lists for other groups in the area please help get some interest for us by passing this along through the list.  Thanks everyone.

EDIT:  I changed the prize system I originally had because someone brought up the very unfortunate point that someone could just build a team that was designed to lose so they could get the last place prize.  So now it's first, second, and fellowship.

 Just to let everyone know, the tournament might get bumped to 5:30 just to give me time to get things set up because I don't get out of work until 5.  Also could be a little more of a delay because there has been some interest from the X-9 crowd to come and play and I think theirs runs until 5:30

Hello there, Hadley Heroclix Faithful! This is Alex Paton, and i'm gonna be filling in for Boston as judge this week, since he'll be out of town. 

the tournament will still be the same as listed on heroclix.com.

 Just so everyone knows, the format is 400 points all human figures.  I don't think prize support is in yet, but if it is this should be the tournament for Thing.  If it isn't then Thing will be moved to the last tournament of the set.

CHAOS WAR BOOSTER DRAFT!!!!!!!

[Edit] Just kidding, I forgot that IG Month 7 which is the following week is a Chaos War draft so this event will be 500 points and every figure needs to have the Avengers, Mighty Avengers, Dark Avengers, Great Lakes Avengers, West Coast Avengers, Young Avengers, or Pet Avengers.

As usual, it'll be 50 minute rounds and the plan is to start right at 6pm [Edit]

 That was the original plan but I'm worried about everyone's wallets doing two in a row.  If everyone can afford it then it might still happen

So we had a great turnout today!  9 people, which is twice as much as our last tournament.

So, next week is scheduled to be IG month 7 and is a sealed event, but seeing as we bought out the store you should plan to field a team that matches what the scenario was supposed to be for today if we hadn't voted on doing a sealed event.

Thats right, IG month 8 is here and all qualifying players from both GG stores and X-9 are eligible to play.  You can only use up to 500 points of figs from the 3 IG sets as well as the gravity feeds, fast forces, and the actual IG figures. No gauntlets or gems are allowed because Thanos has them.

 So thanks to everyone who came out for the Thanos event.  This Saturday we'll begin at 6pm and the theme will be 400pts DC only.  See you there.

Hello Hereclix Players!

So Saturday is my first time judgeing, with that in mind lets act like wild animals!

400pt all DC and Marvel allowed every character must have "animal" as a keyword. I have no idea how long prize support is going to last when it runs out I am open to all pitching in and buying a booster of choice. Game starts at 6p.m or right after Jamie's game ends.

Ahh I think I am taking over. Atleast I hope I can. Anywho this weeks tournment will begin at 5 p.m seeing as Jamie is not hosting an event. The build is as follows; 400pt atleast 200pts must be alter egos. DC and Marvel allowed. I will bring extra AE's just in case.

 Heroclix Players!!!

I was called once, by an ex-girlfriend; close minded and unable to listen to her or take her advice. So to show her she's wrong I asked the players (only Robert and Mikey) last week what they wanted. I liked Mikey's idea of " Going big or going home!" He asked for a 1000 point throw down. So here we go!!!

The Build is as follows 1000pt whoever you want Marvel or DC. Oh and to make sure you all play in the style that Mikey and I like to throw down in there is one slight alteration to the rules. The map is going to get one row smaller each round so by the end of it we will have a cage match. I am going to bring it down to a 10x10 size. If more then half your team is toast, dead, destroyed, or technically KO'ed then you may decided to reverse the map shrink.
